Being a mother is one of the most challenging jobs in the world. Mothers care, nourish, nurture, and protect their children from all of life's adversaries. They do not hesitate to push their abilities to lead their children in the right direction and set them up on the best path to adulthood. But, they are often the unsung heroes whose contributions are seldom acknowledged. So, let me make this mother's day special by talking about one of the greatest gifts of my life, my mother.
Life Lessons from My Mother
My mother has always been a great pillar of success for me. She has helped me, and my five other siblings grow up successfully. I believe that one day is not enough to praise her for what she has done. So, I would like to dedicate all my success to her every day of the year.
While growing up, I was amazed at how my mother efficiently cared for her six children. I always looked up to her as inspiration and wanted to become just like her one day. She always faced her struggles, obstacles, and challenges with a smile. Undaunted in the face of challenges, she always tried to find the best solution.
She always came across as the perfect example of determination and resilience. In her, I saw a woman who never buckled in the face of challenges. She carried so much on her shoulders and always found a way to wade through the storms gleefully. Irrespective of what life threw at her, she always found a way to keep smiling.
My mother fought strong and hard for her family. While gracefully carrying out her daily activities, she has left a vital lesson for all women entrepreneurs. In the way she led her life, she has taught me never to give up and keep doing the right thing even in the toughest adversities. She has offered me the survival tools that I will carry throughout my life.
Throughout her life, the lessons she taught me are the cornerstones of every successful businesswomanor man. Because of her, I have become a successful women entrepreneur myself. She taught me to be relentless in pursuing success and to never give up.
Behind every successful businesswoman, there are many such stories of hardships. There are situations when you have to struggle and face challenges. You need to be resilient and stick to your cause and goals during these times.
You will have days when it feels that the weight of the entire world is on your shoulders. During these days of struggle, you need to wear a smile while gleefully addressing the challenges you face. I am eternally grateful to my mother for teaching me these skills throughout her life. With her inspiration, I choose entrepreneurship as the path to success.
An Ode to All Mothers
Mothers are sculpted to be great. Aren't they? They are the silent workers who toil all day long to keep the family running. You might not pay heed to all that she does simply because she is a homemaker. But, think again.
Running a home and keeping the family together is not at all simple. A successful businesswoman or man too has to take care of many things. But there are several assistants at their disposal to help make the job easy for them. Your mother, on the other hand, takes care of a mindboggling number of responsibilities and exercises them with graceful ease every day.
Your mother keeps everything running in perfect sync - from doing your laundry to taking care of rations, finances, and food supply. And while doing all these, she always manages to wear a smile, protect her children and encourage them to grow. Therefore, I believe that every man or women-owned business should take inspiration and learn from their mothers.
Final Word
As for me, I believe I cannot pay enough homage to all that my mother has done for me. She has bravely stood by me throughout the years and supported me in every up and down that I have had to face. She has always helped me in everything I have done and anything I say about her will pale in comparison.
If I have been able to achieve something today, it is only because of her. So, on this day, I would like to thank her with all my heart for always being there for me. Thank you, mother, for helping me take steps towards becoming a successful businesswoman. I owe all my success to you.
